According to GEO 34/4.06.2014, any customer has the right to return the purchased product within 30 calendar days of receiving it. The intention to return a purchased product must be communicated to MANDALUXART.COM by e-mail, post, telephone, SMS or verbally. If you choose communication by post, the dated and signed notification must be sent to the address: str. GRIGORE URECHE NR 20, Jud. Satu Mare, Romania.

Return costs will be borne by you.

Products for which returns are not accepted are:

Unsealed products.

MANDALUXART.COM undertakes to return to the customer the sums collected for the returned products that comply with the above conditions, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of termination of the contract by you.

If any of the above clauses is found to be void or invalid, regardless of the cause, this clause will not affect the validity of the other clauses. At the time of purchase and placing the order, the customer accepts without objection the conditions and terms of use, their value being the same as a valid concluded contract.
